Use of Foresight
Luminyze provides Foresight, software and expert services for safety analysis, hazard analysis, causal analysis, and related assurance work. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with any agreement that applies to your account or workspace.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs in workspaces you administer. Workspace owners control access for their users, guests, contractors, and other collaborators.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the models, analyses, files, comments, evidence, and other materials you submit to the service. You grant Luminyze the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, support, and improve the service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or bypass its security controls, upload unlawful material, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Professional judgment
Foresight supports safety and assurance work, but it does not replace qualified engineering, legal, regulatory, or certification judgment. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how they apply to your system, program, and obligations.
Service changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. When a material change affects active customers, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel.
